Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 c. milk
    2 c. seasoned croutons (or more)
    1/2 lb. or 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. or 2 pkg. imitation crabmeat
    Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Mix in milk, croutons, cheese, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Place chunks of crabmeat in casserole and do the same with spinach so that when cut, each person will get some in each square.
    Top with Parmesan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can use broccoli or asparagus instead of spinach.
    Cut into squares to serve.
