Mary'S Masterpiece - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes
    1 1/2 lb. pork link sausage, cubed
    1/2 c. flour
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 c. oil
    pinch of garlic, pepper and salt
Preparation
    Roll sausage and round steak in flour seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper; brown sausage and then round steak in oil.
    Add onion, then soup mix.
    Cover with water; let simmer 2 hours or until tender.
    Serve over white rice.
    Yummy!
