John'S Great Chunky Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 garlic cloves
    6 New Mexico mild green chilies
    6 jalapeno chilies, seeded, stems and veins removed and finely chopped
    3 lb. Roma tomatoes
    1 large red onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 bunch cilantro
    2 small limes
Preparation
    Place olive oil in large glass bowl.
    Mince garlic and add to oil.
    Under broiler, roast New Mexico chilies; be sure to turn them just when the skins begin to turn black.
    Roast on other sides, then place them in paper bag for 5 minutes.
    Peel and remove stems, veins and seeds, then chop them and add to bowl along with jalapenos.
