Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    9 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Longhorn grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard together.
    Add meat and cheese.
    Mix well and pour over bread.
    Toss lightly.
    Pour into buttered baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes after you take from oven.
