Raw Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans, drained
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can garden peas, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
pimento for color
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix all vegetables together.
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, water, salt and celery seed; bring to a boil.
After the mixture cools, pour over the vegetables.
Can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
