Microwave Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sliced medium size zucchini
    1 (lb.) can tomatoes
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onion and butter in covered casserole until tender (about 3 to 4 minutes).
    Add the juice from the tomatoes and reduce by boiling, uncovered, in microwave.
    Add the zucchini and cook until almost tender.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings and cook, covered, until heated through, another 7 minutes.
