Mom'S Brownies(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place butter and cocoa in an 8-inch round cake pan.
    Microwave on High, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until butter melts.
    Stir in sugar first.
    Add rest of ingredients in order and mix.
    Cover with glass lid.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Rotate 1/2 turn and microwave on High 2 minutes.
    If top is still wet, turn and microwave 1 more minute.
    Let set with lid off or slide paper towel inside to keep moisture off the top.
