Chicken L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 orange, skinned, seeded and sectioned
    1 Tbsp. orange zest
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute chicken in 1 teaspoon oil until no longer pink.
    In a saucepan, combine juice, zest and sugar and bring to the boil. Add starch, dissolved in a little juice.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add pieces of orange.
