Curried Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well.
In a lightly greased 2-quart casserole, put a layer of half of the broccoli, a layer of half of the chicken and a layer of half of the soup
mixture; repeat layers.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
