Sangria - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. red wine
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade
2 liter bottles 7-Up
16 oz. Triple Sec
16 oz. brandy
1 frozen or regular unfrozen banana
7 or 8 frozen strawberries or other frozen or fresh fruit
1 Tbsp. protein powder
1 Tbsp. fortified flax
1 Tbsp. lecithin
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. bee pollen
juice to cover stuff in the blender (orange, cranapple or whatever)
