Sour Cream Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. brown sugar
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Wash zucchini; do not pare.
    Cut off ends; slice about 1/8-inch thick.
    Cook in very small amount of water with all ingredients except sour cream until just tender.
    Zucchini slices should not lose their shape; do not overcook.
    Drain off water and add sour cream.
    Toss, being careful not to break pieces.
    Serves 6.
