Belgian Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    equal amount grated raw potatoes
    equal amount boiled mashed potatoes
    salt to taste
    enough flour to form balls
Preparation
    Grate raw potatoes.
    Squeeze out the liquid in a cheesecloth, then measure amount.
    Mix with same amount of mashed potatoes; add salt.
    Start mixing in the flour (enough to form golf ball or smaller size balls).
    Drop into rapidly boiling water.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until they float to top.
    Serve with roast pork or beef or roast chicken.
    Can slice the next day and fry in butter.
