Noodle Souffle * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Pennsylvania Dutch noodles
    1/2 lb. melted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    corn flakes
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 can pineapple chunks
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix noodles and eggs with all the other ingredients (except corn flakes and cinnamon) and put in a very large greased casserole.
    Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
