Dark Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil and brown sugar.
    Beat well.
    Add vanilla, zucchini and molasses.
    Mix well.
    Mix dry ingredients together. Add to zucchini mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured small loaf pans or in boiled cans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until center tests done with toothpick.
    Cool in pans until bread will remove easily.
