Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unpeeled, chopped zucchini
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini, dry ingredients, vanilla, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into two 9 x 5-inch pans and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
