Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Peel and shred potatoes.
    Pat dry with paper towel.
    In bowl, combine potatoes, egg, onion, flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix.
    In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
    Drop spoonful of mixture into hot oil.
    Fry until edges are crisp; turn.
    Serve with honey.
