Coffee And Cream Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/3 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) container fat-free cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. almond or coffee liqueur or orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
12 ladyfingers, split
fresh raspberries or strawberries
Preparation

Dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside. In a food processor bowl or blender container, combine cream cheese product, sugar, liqueur or orange juice and vanilla. Cover and process or blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Fold in whipped topping.
