Italian Market Soup(Country: Italy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Success rice*
    2 small tomatoes, diced
    2 green onions
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. pepperoni, sliced thin and cut in half twice
    2 cans chunk ham, flaked
    1/2 c. black olives, cut in half lengthwise
    1 small green pepper, cut in thin strips and then cut into bite size pieces
Preparation
    Boil rice as per package directions.
    Rinse and cool.
    While rice is cooling, prepare other ingredients.
    Mix together; add rice and dressing.
    Cool several hours before serving.
