Dippity Dogs - cooking recipe

1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. Watkins barbecue spice
1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. Watkins hot English or jalapeno mustard
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. salad oil
salad oil (for deep frying)
8 to 10 hot dogs
