Mateo'S Chili Especial - cooking recipe

1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 can Italian tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel
3 lb. ribeye steak (worth the price, but substitute if you must)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
6 oz. Snappy Tom tomato juice
1 can Mexican tomatoes
1 can jalapeno Ranch Style beans

The Extras:
Whatever else you can find in the fridge or pantry (old forgotten half-empty jars of Pace picante sauce, a dash or five of fajita seasoning, a squeeze of lime, beer, crushed red pepper, just whatever you can find).
