Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage, cut bite-sized
    1 envelope Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
    2 c. raw rice
    3 c. beef consomme
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in olive oil.
    Add sausage and stir-fry for approximately 20 minutes or until brown.
    Add raw rice, consomme and onion soup mix.
    Stir well.
    Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
