Pasta With An Uncommon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried tomato halves (about 1 1/3 c.)
    3 c. boiling water
    1 large clove garlic, quartered
    12 oz. large-cut pasta, such as wagon wheels, rigatoni or shells
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook onion in oil, over medium heat, 5 minutes, or until translucent.
    Set aside.
