Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift flour with salt.
Combine shortening and water in a saucepan on medium heat.
Add flour when mixture begins to boil. Switch heat to low.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth and mixture forms a smooth mass.
