Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. can mushroom pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine over medium heat.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mushrooms. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 more minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
