Lonu Lomi Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1/3 c. green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. onion, fully chopped
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    Shred salmon.
    Combine salmon, tomatoes, green onions, onion and water.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Add ice before serving.
    Makes 12 servings.
