Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    1 c. juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. peanuts, chopped
    1 c. marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add juice and beaten egg, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Pour over crushed pineapple, marshmallows and chopped peanuts.
