Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
garlic to taste
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flat noodles
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. sugar
dash of pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
6 green onions (and tops)
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook beef in butter until crumbly. Add garlic salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Chop onions and mix with cream cheese and sour cream. Alternate layers of noodles, cheese mixture and meat sauce in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
