Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 bunch celery, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 pimento (optional), cut fine
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

To cabbage add salt.
Let stand one hour or longer at room temperature.
Then squeeze or press out the liquid with hands. Just grab a handful and squeeze until all cabbage has been pressed.
