Clam Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (6 1/2 oz ea.) minced clams (drained)
    1 (3-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup tomato catsup
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
    1 Tbsp prepared white horseradish
    1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
    In food processor or blender, place clams, cream cheese, catsup, parsley and horseradish.
    Process 1 to 2 minutes, till blended.
    Unroll crescent roll dough onto lightly floured surface.
    Separate into 4 rectangles.
    Spread each with 1/4 of clam mixture.
    Roll each up tightly starting at a narrow end.
    Cut each roll into 6 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.
    Bake about 10 to 12 minutes, till lightly browned.
    Makes 24 rolls.
