Quick Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    4 potatoes, cubed
    1 large V-8 vegetable juice
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in 2 to 3-quart pot.
    Add instant onion and all other ingredients.
    Cook
    until potatoes are tender.
