Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. cream cheese (6 - 3 oz. pkg.)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 graham crackers
    1/8 lb. butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease sides of pan.
    Layer graham cracker and butter on bottom.
    Mix well the cream cheese, lemon juice, egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour over graham crackers. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove and cool for 10 - 15 minutes. Mix together sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cheesecake and return to 450\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
