Hot Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 oz. lobster or crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of salt
    pepper
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms. Remove stems and chop. Brush with melted butter. Saut stems and garlic in butter. Transfer to small bowl. Add lobster or crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Fill caps with mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Top with melted butter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Can partially do ahead. Yield: 12. Preparing: 30 minutes. Baking: 15 minutes.
