Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 lb. peeled potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
    1 can cream mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Remove from pan and saute onion, green pepper and garlic until just tender.
    Grease baking dish; layer potatoes, vegetable mixture, salt and pepper and chops.
    Pour mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can milk on top of chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0`, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue to bake until tender and golden brown.
    Serves 4.
