Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pecans, halved
1 c. black walnuts
1 c. English walnuts
1 1/2 c. red candied cherries
1 1/2 c. green candied cherries
1 1/2 c. natural candied pineapple
1 1/2 c. green or red candied pineapple
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. dark raisins
1 1/2 c. white raisins
2 c. flour, divided
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine fruit and nuts and dredge in 1 cup flour; mix well. Set aside.
Combine remaining 1 cup of flour with other dry ingredients; set aside.
Beat eggs; gradually add sugar.
Mix well. Add melted butter, honey and vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture, blending well.
Line a 10-inch tube pan or 2 smaller ones or loaf pans with wax paper.
Grease and flour.
