Apricot Brandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. dried apricots
    1 lb. sugar
    1 qt. vodka
Preparation
    Place ingredients (do not mix) in 1/2 gallon flat topped glass jar.
    Turn the jar twice a day.
    Allowing the jar to sit on its top for half the day.
    Do this for 8 days and your first batch is ready.
    You may use the same apricots, more sugar and vodka to make another batch only let the second batch sit for 12 to 14 days.
    The apricots can be used for bread after the brandy is finished.
