Burnt Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites
10 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. water
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add other ingredients.
Top pie with meringue and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
