Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar.
    Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking powder and salt.
    Add to mixture, then add milk and orange juice.
    Stir in flavoring and orange rind.
    Pour in tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
