Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. fresh green beans, whole tipped
    5 c. vinegar
    5 c. water
    1/2 c. salt
    fresh dill heads
    fresh whole red peppers
    whole cloves garlic, peeled
Preparation
    Scald pint jars and pack beans in jars vertically.
    Put 1 head dill, 1 red pepper and 1 clove garlic in each jar.
    Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil.
    Pour over beans to 1/2-inch in top of jar.
    Adjust lids and process in water bath 5 minutes.
