Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 large pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Stir cream cheese until very soft; blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
Add 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix.
Beat slowly for 1 minute.
Pour at once into 9-inch crumb crust.
Chill.
