Ham Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 c. cooked ham, diced
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans of mushroom, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. parmesan cheese
    3 c. American/Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1 (12 oz.) fettucini noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper and onion in margarine until tender.\tStir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk.
    Stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat stirring until thickened and smooth.\tStir in ham, soup, mushroom, garlic powder and cheeses.\tMix well. Stir until cheese melts.
    Stir in cooked noodles.
    Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until heated.
    (Note:
    Chicken or turkey are also good to use and may be substituted for ham.)
    Serves 6-8.
