Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. chutney, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    8 c. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. peanuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. apples, unpeeled
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/2 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients for dressing.
    Mix torn fresh spinach, peanuts, raisins, apples, sliced green onions and frozen peas.
    Just before serving, add the chilled dressing.
    Also, the spinach should be cold.
