Grandma'S Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thin sliced rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 heaping Tbsp. oleo
    2 egg whites
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Soak rhubarb in cold water 10 minutes; drain well.
    Mix in flour, sugar, egg yolks and oleo. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Fold into rhubarb mixture.
    Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
