Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green pepper strips
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Either stew chicken breasts or cook in oven with 1/4 cup water for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Pull meat from bones and dice.
Combine pineapple chunks with its juice, brown sugar, flour, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add onion and bell pepper.
Pour over cooked meat and cook for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve over rice.
(This recipe can easily be doubled for more servings or you can substitute pork.)
