Spaghetti With Beef And Mushroom Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1/2 medium red pepper, cut into strips
    16 oz. jar whole mushrooms, drained
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. beef instant bouillon
    1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    soy sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic and ginger.
    Add beef strips; toss well to coat.
    Cover; marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
