Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    4 eggs or 8 egg whites
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. orange extract
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add sweet potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well.
    Blend in vanilla and orange extracts. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Cool about 5 minutes and remove from pan.
    While still hot, drizzle with glaze.
