Teriyaki Meat Loaf(Good Source Of Protein And Niacin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1 ( 8oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pineapple.
    Spread beef mixture evenly in ungreased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Cook, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; drain.
    Spoon pineapple over meat loaf. Cook until meat loaf is done, about 30 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings, 335 calories per serving.
