Wiener Paprika-Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small veal or pork steaks
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 oz. butter
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Use meat mallet to pound veal on both sides until it is fairly thin.
    Season it with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Dust steaks lightly with flour.
    Shake off excess flour.
    Dip into combined egg and milk.
    Coat with bread crumbs.
    Press crumbs on firmly.
