Whistle Stop Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. milk, more or less
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add
    oil
    and
    milk and beat well.
    Add dry ingredients and beat.
    Add more milk, if necessary, to get the consistency of
    pancake
    batter.
    Can
    make fried cornbread or bake in iron skillet or muffins at 450\u00b0 until brown.
