Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour or all-purpose
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. flaked coconut (optional)

Preparation

Mix sugar
and\toil.
Add
eggs
1
at a time.\tCombine salt, soda
and
flour.
Add a small amount at a time to sugar mixture; mix
well.\tAdd vanilla.
Add apples, nuts and coconut;
mix well. Pour into floured and greased tube pan.
Bake 1 hour or until cake tests done.
