Incredible Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. noodles
    4 oz. butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cottage cheese (pot style)
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 apples, peeled, cored and cut up
    1 small can peaches, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 jar orange marmalade
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 pt. milk
    1/2 c. cornflakes
    cinnamon and sugar, mixed to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Parboil noodles for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Melt butter over noodles and cover well.
    Mix sugar and eggs with electric mixer.
    Add cheese, sour cream and milk.
    Fold in apples, peaches, vanilla, marmalade and raisins.
    Add to the noodles.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a large glass baking dish.
    Fill dish 3/4 full, allowing space for pudding to rise.
    Lightly sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
    Dot with butter and cinnamon sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be frozen and reheated for later.
